Let’s get rollin’ for a reason! The Big Bowl fundraiser is back — and bigger than ever!
Friday 17 October 2025 | 1.30pm – 5.30pm | Ettalong Bowling Club
Join us for an unforgettable afternoon of lawn bowls, charity auctions, delicious eats drinks, and amazing prizes – all in support of Mary Mac’s Place, our beloved community kitchen and drop-in centre in Woy Woy. Last year’s inaugural event raised an incredible $12,500 to help people doing it tough. This year, we’re aiming higher – with a goal to raise $20,000 to keep vital services going strong.
Mary Mac’s Place supports anyone in need – men, women, families, young people, older Australians, and people facing homelessness or hardship. They receive no formal funding and rely entirely on the generous spirit of the local community (which you continuously deliver on, so thank you). Every dollar raised helps them provide:
- Hot, nutritious meals served Monday to Friday
- Showers, laundry facilities, and a safe place to rest
- Friendship, support and referrals to life-changing community services
- Take-home meals and food hampers for those without regular access to food.
