Tai Chi
Engage your mind and body in our small Tai Chi classes that focus on gentle exercises to improve mobility, co-ordination, balance and your sense of wellbeing. Exercises are adapted to suit your skills with greater awareness of your body achieved with regular Tai Chi practice. The program will involve a combination of education and Tai Chi moves. Our facilitator brings with her a wealth of experience running group based programs and can tailor the exercises to each individual. Flyer here.
