We are here to walk alongside women during life’s most difficult and uncertain moments – offering not just support, but genuine understanding, connection, and care. Our groups provide a welcoming and safe space where you can share your experiences, express your emotions, and simply be yourself without fear of judgement or criticism. Whether you are navigating grief, change, isolation, or personal challenges you don’t have to do it alone.
There is something powerful about being with others who truly understand what you’re going through. Our groups bring together women with shared experiences, creating a sense of belonging and connection that can be deeply healing. Through open conversation, mutual support, and gentle guidance, many women find comfort, strength, and new perspectives as they move forward at their own pace. You are welcome exactly as you are – there is no expectation to have it all together. Whether you feel ready to share or prefer to simply listen, this is your space.

This is a day for women wanting some self-care with a challenge! Choose a day that suits. Come and join us in the trees and take some time out in nature, while connecting with others. Our Treetops excursions are truly inspirational and typically end in smiles, with open hearts and sometimes tears, but always hope. This experience is aimed at women who are no longer in crises and are currently safe. A light lunch will be provided where participants have a space to discuss the challenges they have overcome and look at a way forward on how to use these skills in life. There is no pressure to talk, many prefer to just climb.
