volunteering opportunities
Nothing is greater than the heart’s motivation to to help those who are less fortunate than ourselves. Research has consistently shown that people who give up some of their time or skills to help others are generally happier, healthier and sleep better than those who don’t volunteer and it has been well documented that sustained volunteering is associated with better mental health. We have a number of programs needing volunteers.

first nations employment strategy
The purpose of our First Nations Employment Strategy is to assist in increasing the representation and inclusion of First Nations peoples within the organisation with specific focuses on recruitment, retention, and ensuring an inclusive workplace with meaningful development opportunities.
We are committed to achieving a diverse workforce and strongly encourage applications from Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander people.
I made a conscious decision to take career step into the for purpose sector and am so glad that bought me to CatholicCare.
