Move & Groove

This program is for seniors who love music, dancing and meeting new people. Each session, we start with a mindfulness breathing exercise followed by a gentle warm-up. We learn a short routine, improvise to music, and finish with relaxation and reflection. The program incorporates a wide range of music styles and creative activities designed to promote brain health and stimulate your memory. Suitable for any level of fitness and mobility, the aim in these sessions is to have fun and to feel comfortable just being yourself. No prior dance experience is necessary. Flyer here.
