Meet Aida from Hornsby

My name is Aida. You’ll find my Family Day Care centre in Hornsby.

I have 31 years experience working with children and I have a Certificate III in Child Studies.

I have chosen to work in Family Day Care because I believe children need the family environment to grow and develop. I value the relationships I make with the children and their families and I love keeping in contact with families long after they have left my service and watching the children grow up.

My philosophy is that modelling appropriate behaviour is very important for a child’s upbringing. Talking to children, respecting their view points, always listening, and understanding how they feel work together to make a positive environment.
